TTC Group and Young Entrepreneurs Association of Can Tho City organize a voluntary blood donation program
On October 15, Young Entrepreneurs Association of Can Tho City, Red Cross Association of Can Tho City and TTC Group coordinated to organize a voluntary blood donation program with the message "Joy from Kindness".

The program is implemented under the guidance of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, in coordination with the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

During the event, all volunteers underwent health screening, blood testing, blood pressure measurement, and received attentive care before, during, and after blood donation. As a result, the program received a total of 415.4 blood units, each with a volume of 350 ml.
According to Ms. Huynh Thanh Thao, Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Red Cross Association, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation Campaign, the current demand for blood in emergency and treatment cases at hospitals in the city is high.
"Therefore, the Can Tho City Red Cross Society has coordinated with relevant units to mobilize people to participate in blood donation," Ms. Thao shared. She also appreciated the dedication and enthusiasm of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in general, as well as the Can Tho City Young Entrepreneurs Association and TTC Group in particular.

According to Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of TTC Group, blood donation is not just a general movement but has become a responsibility of all levels, sectors and the entire society. This act has practical significance in supporting the medical sector in solving the difficulties of anemia in emergency patient care, helping many patients overcome critical conditions.
"That's why the Central Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association is very interested in this activity with profound humanistic meaning. This is also one of the key tasks, demonstrating the responsibility of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to the community." he affirmed.

From the perspective of TTC Group, Mr. Dang Hong Anh said, the voluntary blood donation movement at TTC and its subsidiaries has been increasingly promoted under the attention of the board of directors and the enthusiastic response from the staff.
By 2023, TTC has organized the "Joy from kindness" voluntary blood donation day for the 12th time with a total of thousands of blood units collected over the years, contributing to meeting blood needs at hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City and the locality where TTC resides.

Through the program, TTC in particular and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in general aim to replicate the beauty of joining hands “for the community”, demonstrating the sense of responsibility towards society of organizations and agencies, and enterprises.

Previously, on the morning of October 13, in order to create opportunities for entrepreneurs and businesses in the city to have the opportunity to meet, exchange, and learn from experiences from entrepreneurs who have made significant contributions to business brand and national brand, while fostering cohesion and seeking collaboration opportunities, the Can Tho City Young Entrepreneurs Association successfully organized a meeting and experience sharing program titled "Business Administration and Management - Brand Management" with entrepreneur Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of the TTC Group, as the guest speaker. The program attracted more than 200 entrepreneurs, members of the Can Tho City Business Association, the Women Business Association and the Can Tho City Young Entrepreneurs Association, along with a large number of young startups.
Through the perspective of a leader with nearly 5 decades in the business field, with both theoretical and practical knowledge in management and operation, businessman Dang Van Thanh has summarized his valuable experiences to pass on to those interested. According to his viewpoint, if one wants to "keep", they have to "share". That's why he always spends his precious time talking to hundreds of young entrepreneurs in each locality, such as Bac Ninh, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Dong Thap, Ca Mau, Can Tho...
Within the program, the Can Tho City Young Entrepreneurs Association also appointed new Vice Presidents to work with the Executive Committee of the City Young Entrepreneurs Association to fully leverage the role of the young business community associated with social responsibility, building and organizing the implementation of activities of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in general and accompanying the specific initiatives of young entrepreneurs and businesses in Can Tho City. Thereby, they aim to contribute to the sustainable development and economic integration of the country.
It is worth noting that these are activities in a series of programs to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs movement, the 19th anniversary of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2023) and the 20th anniversary of Establishment of Can Tho city directly under the Central Government (January 1, 2004 - January 1, 2024).
