Therefore, THACO and its member companies will strive to implement production and business plans in 2024 according to the strategic objectives set forth.
Specifically, THADICO (DAI QUANG MINH), with its role in self-investment in infrastructure, industrial parks, urban areas, and complex projects, will comprehensively manage the construction investment projects of THACO and its member companies. In 2024, THADICO will continue to invest in completing the infrastructure of 3 specialized industrial parks in Chu Lai - Quang Nam and Thai Binh. Additionally, it will explore investment in an industrial park in Binh Duong. Complete and hand over the expanded project, upgrade the Chu Lai port. Initiate dredging of the existing Ky Ha channel. In addition, actively carry out legal investment procedures for the Cua Lo stream at Chu Lai.
For complex real estate projects, THADICO will continue to execute and complete the THISO Mall Truong Chinh - Phan Huy Ich project; upgrade the THISO Yangon complex in Myanmar. Commence construction on 12 projects, including 2 projects in the North, 10 projects in the South, to meet the development plan of the THISO commercial center chain system phase 2024-2027.
For the multi-brand automobile complex, THADICO will complete and hand over 3 projects in Hue, Da Lat, and Tien Giang; commence construction on 6 new projects (2 projects in the North, 4 projects in the South) to implement the plan to upgrade 28 existing car showroom projects. Additionally, THADICO will continue to implement 36 projects on existing land funds of THACO.
The total investment capital in 2024 of THADICO - DAI QUANG MINH is 3.085 trillion VND; recruit an additional 306 personnel, by the end of 2024 the total staff will be 2,645 personnel.
For the THISO brand, which operates and manages real estate with the "One destination - many utilities, services" model, including various complex types: THISO Complex (large scale), THISO Center (medium scale); THISO Mall (mid-range and high-end). Also, retail THISO Retail (Emart Vietnam) and other commercial & service forms through partnerships, joint ventures, and self-operated.
In 2024, THISO will continue to put into operation phase 2 of the THISO Mall Truong Chinh - Phan Huy Ich commercial center. Construct and complete the operation of the first THISO Mall commercial center in Tay Ho Tay, Hanoi, in Bien Hoa - Dong Nai, and the 4th commercial center in HCMC in early 2025.
The consolidated revenue in 2024 of THISO is 5.880 trillion VND, the total investment capital is 9.469 trillion VND; recruit an additional 414 personnel, by the end of 2024 the total staff will be 3,060 personnel.

In 2024, THACO will focus on continuing to implement projects while strictly adhering to legal procedures in Chu Lai - Quang Nam as follows:
Chu Lai - Truong Hai Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park expansion project (115 hectares): THACO has submitted to the Ministry of Planning and Investment a proposal dossier to expand the Automobile Mechanical Industrial Park by an additional 115 hectares, bringing the total area to 358 hectares. In 2024, focus on completing legal procedures to carry out land clearance compensation.
THACO Chu Lai specialized Agricultural Industrial Park (451 hectares): Complete land clearance of the remaining 100 hectares of the project, complete and put into use road N2 while simultaneously investing in infrastructure construction of the industrial park in 2024.
Port, Logistics, and Customs-Free Zone (173 hectares): Focus on completing legal procedures and putting into use the infrastructure system, warehouses, ensuring synchronized exploitation with Chu Lai port after completing upgrading and expanding.
Dredging the existing Ky Ha maritime channel: Along with Quang Nam province, study proposals for mechanisms and policies for THACO to invest in dredging the Ky Ha channel and organize management and operation in 2024.
Cua Lo stream and Tam Hoa Port project: Complete the planning of the Customs-Free Zone associated with Tam Hoa port, evaluate the investment efficiency and implement related legal procedures to decisively commence the project and complete it by 2027.
Chu Lai Urban Area: Focus on investment research so that after the provincial People's Committee approves the 1/2000 zoning plan, THACO will participate in the bidding to select investors in 2024.
Total investment capital of THACO in Chu Lai disbursed in 2024 is 3.894 trillion VND. Total contributions to Quang Nam province's budget is 20.000 trillion VND, an increase of 16% compared to 2023. Recruitment of additional personnel is 1.453 personnel, by the end of 2024, the total staff at THACO in Chu Lai is 15.385 personnel.
