According to Ministry of Construction and General Statistics Office of Vietnam, VNREA indicated, quarter 1, 2016, in the context of some economic industries have slowed down, the construction industry, amazingly, has a good growth.
While the construction industry has a growth rate almost 10%, the highest ever since 2010, in property, it also has an outstanding result with the liquidity increased 3.43%, the highest rate ever in last 4 years.
Besides that, VNREA evaluated, property market in the first quarter continually has a stable trend, therefore, majority of real estate enterprises hope a good business result and revenue continually increase in this 2016, in there, 83% of delegates believe the market will increase dramatically compared with 2015, the rest consider insignificant changes.
