In the early 2016, HCM city of Technology and Education announced recruiting faculty in 27 profesions, each profesion has from 1 to 3 people, all vacancies are required at least doctor level, except English (require from master or IELTS above 7.5). Besides, university also recruit practical faculty besides specialized knowledge, there are high requirements about English level, like thermal technology, auto technology fields required master level from 6 countries speaking English as required or IELTS from 7.0

Besides the profesions are getting rich, faculty level doctor, qualify, many profesions are lacked of faculty level master, doctor. Experts said some profesions of information technology, construction, food science, law, etc. are hard to recruit excellent candidates. “In these profesions, people who have high performance and degree all choose big groups, foreign companies because of high salary much higher than teaching in universities” – an expert said.
