In 2015, Bien Hoa Sugar company increased charter, from VND 630 billion to VND 1,233 billion, after acquiring Ninh Hoa Sugar company. Merging Ninh Hoa to Bien Hoa Sugar company is one of the reasons help the business result of Bien Hoa Sugar in 2015 increase dramatically compared to 2014. Net profit after tax of parent company recorded VND 103 billion, increased of 183% year-over-year.
