Many multi-purpose life jackets and charity houses for disadvantaged veterans in the Central region continued to be awarded by the volunteer group and donors.

Ms. Mai Thi Hanh and leaders of the Vietnam Red Cross Association and donor representatives donated multi-purpose life-jackets to Quang Ngai fishermen.

 

At Pho Thanh Ward (Duc Pho Town), the delegation awarded 500 life jackets, mainly sponsored by Gia Lai Electric Joint Stock Company, My Lai Peace Fund and Hoa Lam Group. These 500 suits are in 3,500 life jackets worth VND 4.2 billion for fishermen in the Central provinces. From now to November 2020, the delegation will give life jackets to fishermen in Binh Dinh province (1,000 sets), Quang Tri province (500 sets), Quang Binh province (500 sets) and DK1 (500 sets).

 Ms. Mai Thi Hanh and sponsors, donors donate money to support the building of gratitude houses to the family of veterans in Quang Ngai.

 

In Quang Ngai, 20 houses worth VND 1 billion sponsored by the volunteer group, Kien A Joint Stock Company and My Lai Peace Fund were awarded to build houses for difficult veterans. The selection of poor situation and house construction are done by the Veterans Association, the Red Cross of Quang Ngai province, with families.

The members and units accompanying the delegation also gave more meaningful gifts to veteran families.
