In Cambodia, the Country was ranked by Standard & Poor's as one of the most vulnerable to climate change risks. More than 130,000 families in 19 of Cambodia's 25 provinces were affected, evacuating tens of thousands and causing extensive damage to property, infrastructure, and crops. The neighboring country has suffered unprecedented serious casualties.

On December 04, 2020, at Moc Bai International Border Gate, Tay Ninh Province, the Border Guard Command, the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam and TTC Group awarded 100 tons of rice to the border guard and management Kingdom of Cambodia.

Accordingly, the Border Guard Command awarded units, including: the General Department of Public Security, the General Department of Immigration (Ministry of the Interior, Kingdom of Cambodia) and the Army High Command, the Gendarmerie High Command. (Ministry of Defense, Royal Cambodian Army), these forces support the Cambodian people to overcome the consequences of floods, stabilize their lives.

The representative of TTC Group said that, after realizing of the news of heavy rain and widespread flooding in Cambodia, causing a lot of damage to people and property, with the sympathetic spirit , TTC Group donating 100 tons of rice to help Cambodian people, with the mission "For the community and local development". The total value of 100 tons of rice is nearly VND 1 billion 200 million, sponsored by Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC Sugar), a member of TTC Group.
