Enhancing conscious and competitive ability for enterprise

Mr Pham Hong Duong, chairman of BOM of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh sugarcane JSC, talked with news about food defense in order to enhance consciousness and competitive ability of enterprises:
In last time, there are many cases of food that are redundant poison that make the community feel worry, scared. Agencies gave recommendation, enterprises started becoming aware of this problem.  
However, to organize methodically for food defense, one crucial element to make sure safety, food hygiene from manufacture to protect, storage, transportation, etc. there are less enterprises aware of research and comprehensive application. To TTC, from 2010, we have joined hand to research, apply food defense system in order to enhance quality and quality of products.

Accordingly, developing food defense system is not just protecting self-enterprise, customers, society but
also developing product quality. Especially, in the context of Vietnam business is integrated in area and the world, applying suitable the food defense program is necessary.  
TTC started to research, apply and learn from experience from 2010 up to now to discrete into an effective food defense system.
In there, sugarcane products are aware specially because this industry is harmed easily by reducing quality threat from external factors. Catching up that crucial demand, TTC sugarcane segment always set the target make sure food defense at the top priority, from there, enhancing product quality activity from the field to the kitchen in line with comprehensive quality management.   
Besides, in recent years, TTC issued the documents, regulations and apply widely food defense program. At the same time, developing action plan in the long run from managers to employees, from office to manufacture division, all are communicated to action as the best way.
