In Vietnamese businessman day October 13th, BizLIVE made a series of interviews to businessmen to heard their sharing, viewpoints about State policty with Vietnamese business community, as well as the concern, thinking on the day of respecting Vietnamese businessmen community.
What is your expectation about the change of the new Gorvernment and the activities in institutional improvement and the way to treat business?
Mr. Dang Van Thanh: Not only me but also businessman and intelligentsia that I talked are all welcome, excited after directly communicate to new Gorvernment in the last April 29th, 2016.
Giving the key message “the tectonic Gorvernment, the action Gorvernment, the views of new Gorvernment like: Accompany with business, not racism any business level or segment, support enterprises, see difficulties of business are Gorvernment’s issues too, does not legalize the relationship between administration and business, etc. are also create a huge belief in development strategy 2016 – 2020 of Vietnamese businessman.
Most of businessmen is ready to integration
Look at the determination of Prime Minister and authority, are you afraid about the phenomenon “the local do not follow the state’s rule” as happended in some provinces.
It’s more different than before, besides the direct command of Prime Minister lately, he has just established committee to supervise those commands.
In your viewpoint, how do new Gorvernment will solve problems in the bank like bad debt and state debt?
Not only me but also many experts in the bank, included doctor Le Xuan Nghia, we have just proposed: In the last 5 years, we just establish the premise to solve these problems like: Liquidity stableness, solving weak bank, control credit, control gold and foreign currency business, etc.
There are two crucial premises which have not done yet are: establishing a big finance to solve quickly bad debt and a necessary legal to leverage debt market, base on that basic, transparent the finance of banking system and applying management standards of the Asia and the world.
I think this is the best necessary time to restruct banking system to create the happiness for clients and enterprises. I hope to the view of new Gorvernment and I surely believe there will be a positive transformation in the society, mostly in business community.
