There are not much differences of general successful recipe for enterprises: “Right time – right place – right people”. In there, “right people” is assessed as the internal component of organization. Good employees accompany with efficient management tactic are the main components of foundation that bring opportunities into play to leverage enterprises easily adapt to the market.

According to sharing of mr. Dang Van Thanh, in TTC, not only him but also Group’s CEO and chairmen of segments all directly stand in class, participating to train and foster employees in levels. Devotion and vision of TTC’s founder also illustrated based on effective promoting employees from “Institute of Potential Leaders” Initiative (IPL initiative), he is one of founder members. The “potential leaders” come to TTC seemingly they are promoted effectively, currently, there are 3 employees from IPL are operating thousand-billion-enterprises in TTC. In TTC, there are many vibrant programs in order to encourage employees, such as: CEO role model, employees in the Group are encouraged to writing contest, participating to eloquence contest to prove ability, to be selected and continually foster and train. Working environment accompany with promotion opportunity, the favor policy of working in remote area for employees to assure and participate in “front line”.
TTC perceives employee component is the priority foundation to develop system that executing solutions about R&D, equity, technology and market activities. Youth, creativeness but is based on “standard management” foundation that is the solution TTC is working on. Apparently, philosophy “real people – real work” of TTC is determined through particular measurer: strong enterprise finance struction, positive growth business result, attractive benefit for investors, accompany ability with partner especially the farmers are always consistent, provide hygiene product for community health, etc.
Up to date, deeply intergration roadmap is compared as a “net” which fills enterprises by adaption ability and meet the standards, by product and service quality, etc. Solutions may be different, but all enterprises need to be decoded of self-recipe. To TTC, based on that reality, it’s strength come from human resource. And the success is just come to organizations really have positive status when moving to the big play ground ahead.
