After being promoted to the V-League, PVF-CAND Club has made new strides towards becoming a top football team in Vietnam.
On the morning of January 15th, at the PVF Youth Football Training Center, a solemn signing ceremony for a sponsorship cooperation agreement took place between TTC Group and the PVF Youth Football Training Center - Ministry of Public Security, and the PVF - People's Police Football Club (PVF-CAND), marking an important step in the sustainable development strategy of Vietnamese football.
The cooperation agreement signing ceremony took place on the morning of January 15th.
Attending and representing PVF/PVF-CAND at the signing ceremony was Major General Le Van - President of PVF-CAND Club. Representing the partner was Mr. Dang Hong Anh - Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Vice President of TTC Group.
The PVF Youth Football Training Center and PVF-CAND Club are currently exemplary units of the People's Police sports. In the 2025/26 season, PVF-CAND Club became one of the rare representatives to simultaneously participate in both the National Championship and the National First Division, along with a system of youth teams.
This clearly demonstrates a systematic and comprehensive development orientation from training to top-level competition, affirming PVF-CAND's core role in the strategy of building a successor force for Vietnamese football in general and the People's Police sports in particular.
The cooperation agreement between the parties aims to mobilize social resources to invest in football training and development, improve the quality of training and competition, and create a foundation for the comprehensive development of players in terms of professional skills, physical fitness, and character.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Le Van emphasized: “The cooperation with TTC Group not only has significance in terms of resources, but also demonstrates the companionship, trust, and responsibility of the business community towards the training of future generations of players for Vietnamese football.”
PVF-CAND Club sets high goals in this year's V-League.
PVF and PVF-CAND Club are committed to effectively utilizing resources, aiming to build a standardized, modern, and humane training environment.
On behalf of TTC, Mr. Dang Hong Anh shared: “TTC always strives for sustainable development values linked to the community. Football, especially youth football, is not just a sport but also a place to nurture the will, discipline, and aspirations of the younger generation. We believe that this cooperation will contribute to creating lasting values for society and for Vietnamese football.”
This cooperation signing ceremony not only opens a new chapter of partnership but also spreads a positive message about the joint efforts of businesses and sports in nurturing talent, building a future for the younger generation, and for Vietnamese football.
