Recently, Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Sugarcane JSC (TTCS) work with Vissan to organize “Enhancing awareness of food defense 2016” seminar in order to introduce applications of this process to small and medium enterprises in HCM city.
The seminar attracted many representatives from high quality Vietnamese product enterprises and distributions in Vietnam. This is the seminar series have been through in 2016 with the purpose of expanding food defense for domestic enterprises, make sure quality product and customer healthy.
From experience in enterprise, there are three crucial elements that are stressed by mr Duong to defense food in an effective way, include protect brand, product from internal and external as well, regular training for employees in the factory and applying FIRST rule – food safety hygiene in America. In there, FIRST is evaluated the most important element by TTCS.
According to Mr Duong, the leader of enterprise plays a crucial role in developing food defense system and employees is in first defense line with 5 rules of FIRST – food safety program of America. That is Follow – Following the rule, Inspect – Inspecting working area, Recognize – Recognizing unusual, Secure – Securing material and finished product, Tell – Telling suspicion.
“If doing well these rules, enterprise will limit the threats”, said Duong.
