Dr. Gian Tu Trung
According to Dr. Gian Tu Trung, in order to reach the aspiration of a strong Vietnam, our nation needs to nurture five national characteristics: Enlightenment, Humanity, Patriotism, Perseverance and Integration. When each person knows how to open up their humanity, cultivate national character and develop their personality, then the individual will grow up with the community and the community will have enough strength to take the nation far and sustainably.
At the discussion, Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of TTC Group said that 2025 is a pivotal year for the period 2026-2030, a year full of fluctuations around the world. This is also an opportunity for businessmen to look back, to be more confident and firmly set on the new race with an optimistic mindset.
Mr. Dang Van Thanh - Chairman of TTC Group
He continued: "In the digital age, the 4.0 era, AI, I advise you to digitize yourself, to design for the future, for your small family. Second, in the market, exchange rates, interest rates, inflation are always circling around pressure, so consider it as data, read it and find opportunities in it. To do that, whether digital or technology, there are only 6 words: Management, control and operation. Management must be transparent, control must be responsible, operation must be professional. Another important thing is greening: Green planet, green economy, green credit, but we must green ourselves first".
Social and cultural activist Ton Nu Thi Ninh believes that no matter what we learn, no matter who we are, we must feel, see, and understand the movements of the world. Only then can we grasp the situation to operate the business.

In addition, every entrepreneur needs to understand culture and history so that we know where we are in the flow of history and how we are being threatened. This helps us to turn around, open up new horizons, find our own way so that as an Asian society, we can contribute to humanity.
According to her, what is happening in the US, the European community, developing countries on different continents, entrepreneurs must also have a broad vision to grasp, in addition to their business problems.
There was a time when the West created values that spread globally, and the whole world benefited, but now there are scholars who believe that we are witnessing and must recognize and understand the impact of the resurgence of Eastern culture.
Ms. Ninh suggests: "Young entrepreneurs should try to study Eastern history. We must know where we are in the flow of history, how we are being threatened; on the contrary, it opens up new horizons for us to assert ourselves, to find a way for us, as an Asian society, to contribute to humanity. Being modest in the wrong place is not advisable."
The seminar is held periodically, every two years.
The seminar is an opportunity for generations of young entrepreneurs and leaders to meet, learn, and dialogue with the previous generation and spread the spirit of Openness and Inclusion - the core values that are shaping the new generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
Founded on November 21, 2007, IPL was inspired by the "openness" and "righteousness" spirit of Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc (1907) - a school for the purpose of educating the people and reforming society during the colonial period. With the motto of being non-profit, non-governmental and non-religious, IPL aims to develop a new generation of entrepreneurs, a generation of entrepreneurs who always keep in mind "Business is making money by serving society through good products and services".
