Gia Lai Electricity JSC has just finished the plan of increasing charter capital from VND970 billion to VND1,941 billion. More specifically, GEC issued 97 million more shares which equals to 100% charter capital for 655 existing shareholders at the price of VND10,000/share. Total capital received was VND971 billion.
After the session, GEC has 5 main shareholders, including TTC Group (23.03%), Betrimex (22.87%), AVH Pte.Ltd (a Singaporean company with 19.95%), International Finance Corporation (headquarter in the US, 14.68%), and Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My (5.08%).
GEC shares were transferred on UPCoM. On 15th October session, the price was VND14,000/share, going up at 27% after one month. Before, GEC share had fluctuated round VND11,000/share for roughly 5 months.
