The transaction of real estate has increased thanks to incentive policy of investors, loan fund supported from bank and house demand increasing. Particularly, based on the report of Viet Nam Real Estate Association, in Ho Chi Minh city, there were 1,600 successful real estate transactions in November, increased 23% compared to 2014. On the overall, the transactions in November 2015, estimated 24,300 exchanges, increased about 92% compared to same period in last year.
