Ho Chi Minh city people commitee approved Sacomreal to be the investor of an apartment area at 291/2 Luy Ban Bich street, Hoa Thanh ward, Tan Phu district, HCM. Thereby, this apartment, Carillon 4, has 3,900 square meters, include 16 floors with 244 rooms with shop houses, mall, cafeshop, gym, kindergarden, community room, et cetera.
