On October 22, 2025 in Hanoi, businesswoman Huynh Bich Ngoc - Permanent Vice President, General Director of TTC Group was honored as 'Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose' in 2025 by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
"Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswomen - Golden Rose" aims to encourage and promote the Vietnamese businesswomen team in the spirit of Resolution 41 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of the Vietnamese businesswomen team in the new situation and Resolution 68 of the Politburo on developing the private economy. Thereby honoring outstanding female business leaders of all economic sectors, with achievements in business management, with the will to rise up, with national spirit, and making important contributions to social activities in the past time. At the same time, encourage and motivate Vietnamese businesswomen to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, promote the implementation of the Code of Ethics for Vietnamese businessmen and build a business culture in the business community, Vietnamese businesses in general and female entrepreneurs, businesses led by women in particular.

As one of the two founders of TTC Group, she and businessman Dang Van Thanh have gradually transformed TTC from a modest household business into a multi-industry ecosystem. TTC operates in core areas including Agriculture, Energy, Civil Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, Education, Tourism, with a presence in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Australia with more than 120 affiliated units.

Initiated by VCCI in 2005, "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose" is the only national award dedicated to honoring female entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production and business, making positive contributions to the country's socio-economic development.
