Board of Management of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist JSC said money from stock public offering will be used to invest in 4 companies: Thanh Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourist JSC, Thang Loi Tourist JSC, Thanh Binh Tourist JSC and Ben Tre Tourist JSC.
The most prominent company from those ones is Thanh Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourist JSC. Currently, Thanh Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourist is owning Ngoc Lan hotel in Nguyen Chi Thanh street – Da Lat province, simultaneously, it is owning 2 familiar tourist-bases: Valley of Love and Dreaming Hill in Dalat. In addition, TTC Lam Dong tourist also contracted with international agencies to design Safari area in Lam Dong. According to the estimation of TTC tourist management, the tourist complex owned by TTC Lam Dong Tourist has the price above USD 40 million.
