Le Dinh Nghiem, Bien Hoa – Tri An Sugar Cane factory director, said: every year, the factory pays almost VND 50 billion for farmers for their initial capital. We are encouraging the farmer expanding their cane plan area. The factory is making a commitment to transfer the crops to cane, make sure the minimum earning VND 13 million per hectare for farmers.
