In March 29th, 2016, Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC – Sacomreal celebrated ceremonially “12 years foundation celebration day & strategy partner announcement” in White Palace Convetion Center.
At the event, besides meaningful activities welcoming Sacomreal stepped up to year 12, Sacomreal officially announced 20 strategic partners across industries, such as: finance, construction, material, land source, real estate, retail, etc.
Announcing 20 strategic partners at the beginning is a foundation that Sacomreal execute 5 years development strategy (2016 – 2020) with the concept “FOR COMMUNITY – BUILD A LIFE“
Accordingly, partners joined partnership from developing land source, support fund, providing all products and services from designing, building, supervising construction to material supplying for Sacomreal during project development and seeking out put for invested products of Sacomreal.
Notably, within 20 strategic partners Sacomreal announced, there is a retail tycoon, Saigon Co.op, shook hand to partner with Sacomreal to develop retail real estate and house. According to partnership agreement of two parties, Saigon Co.op will develop retail part in high building project invested by Sacomreal.
Conversely, in some projects that Saigon Co.op has land source to build commercial center, Sacomreal will develop apartment real estate, office on the top to utilize land source.
With the development strategy in 5 years (2016 – 2020), Sacomreal set the goal: “efficient operation and sustainable development”. In there, the main goal is to leverage finance ability, ensure implementing projects based on timeline commitment – building to meet quality requirement, develop suitable product and concentrate to widen the market.
