Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc – An International Landmark on Pearl Island

Under the agreement, Ascott – a world-leading lodging management group – will partner with TTC Phu Quoc to provide international-standard technical consultancy and manage the high-rise hotel segment of the Selavia project under the Citadines Selavia Phu Quoc brand.

The hotel is expected to begin operations in Q3/2027, with a total floor area of over 40,000 square meters. It will offer hundreds of upscale serviced apartments meeting international standards, integrated with facilities such as swimming pool, gym, restaurant, lounge, co-working space, children’s playground… catering to the rising "bleisure" (business + leisure) travel trend.

The Ascott Limited, headquartered in Singapore, is one of the world's leading international operators of serviced residences and hotels. Beginning with the launch of Asia-Pacific’s first international serviced residence – The Ascott Singapore in 1984 – the group has expanded to a portfolio of over 990 properties across 230 cities in more than 40 countries.

With a diverse brand portfolio – from serviced apartments and hotels to resorts, co-living spaces, and senior living – Ascott consistently delivers premium experiences tailored to the diverse preferences of global travelers.

The Citadines brand represents a modern, dynamic lifestyle, blending the comfort of an apartment with the wide-ranging services of a hotel – ideal for the flexible, exploratory lifestyle of global citizens.

The resort model here is built on four core pillars: Culture, Cuisine, Wellness, and Community, delivering a comprehensive stay experience where young travelers can easily connect, integrate, and explore new destinations in their own way.

The presence of Citadines at Selavia not only affirms the project's international caliber but also offers exceptional added value for both owners and vacationers. It also contributes to local socio-economic development.

Selavia – From Local Identity to Global Living Standards

Selavia Phu Quoc is a nearly 180-hectare integrated "All-in-One" coastal urban development in South Phu Quoc, invested and developed by TTC Phu Quoc. The project features a private beach over 2 kilometers long and is located in a feng shui-rich "Four Borders – Four Symbols" location, harmoniously combining sea, mountains, city, and transport connectivity.

It is also home to the first artificial lotus-shaped island, inspired by Vietnam's national flower – a symbol of rising from adversity. The project is planned and designed by Royal HaskoningDHV (Netherlands), the renowned firm behind Dubai’s iconic Palm Island.

Every architectural line, landscape, and amenity in Selavia is carefully crafted by world-class partners such as:
