Dot Property Vietnam Awards is an annual award organized by Dot Property Group and Dot Property magazine. The award honors businesses with outstanding contributions and long-term development orientation.

This year's award ceremony has the theme "Sustainable Development - The Era of Pioneers". The program honors businesses that overcome challenges, constantly innovate and demonstrate their mettle in creating projects with long-term vision.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngu, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of TTC Phu Quoc, said that the award contributes to affirming TTC Phu Quoc's commitment to the strategy of sustainable real estate development in parallel with local development. "Selavia's inclusion in the list of typical projects contributes to enhancing the position of Vietnam's resort real estate industry," Mr. Ngu added.

Selavia is located in the South of Phu Quoc, on the 40m-wide Nguyen Van Cu road - the traffic route connecting the North and South of the island. The project stretches 2.5 km along the coast of Dam Bay, one of the coastal areas that still retains its pristine and peaceful beauty.

With the advantage of being adjacent to the airport and having synchronous infrastructure, Selavia is expected to become a destination to welcome the APEC Summit Week 2027, opening up investment potential as Phu Quoc increases its international economic integration.

Selavia is positioned as the first multi-touch wellness resort complex in Phu Quoc, developed according to the philosophy of slow living, healthy living and sophisticated living. The project owns a terrain spanning 5 natural layers including forests, seas, islands, bays and lagoons, combining pristine space and architecture in harmony with the landscape.

The project integrates a chain of 38 utilities, including hotels, shopping centers, sea squares, walking streets, medical areas, health care and entertainment... towards international resort standards.

The highlight of the whole is Lotus Island - the first artificial island in Phu Quoc. The project is not only an architectural highlight but also symbolic, expressing the spirit of honoring Vietnamese identity and the orientation of sustainable, modern living in harmony with nature.

The overall project has a construction density of 25% on a scale of 290 hectares, applying energy-saving technology and environmentally friendly materials. The project brings together many international partners such as Royal HaskoningDHV (Lotus Island design), Kume (landscape architecture), Ascott (operation management) and Coteccons (construction).

In addition to ecological factors, the investor TTC Phu Quoc focuses on preserving local cultural values through preserving spiritual relics, supporting craft villages and developing experiential tourism models. The project aims for a comprehensive resort ecosystem, connecting people, culture and nature.

According to the investor, Selavia is not only a resort destination but also represents the "bleisure" trend - combining work and relaxation, which is increasingly popular globally. Being honored at the Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2025 is a milestone recognizing TTC Phu Quoc's sustainable development vision.
