Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Sugar Cane JSC approved the policy of buying cane in harvest season 2015 – 2016 at the market price, with the philosophy “Farmers derive earning, factories have profit”, implemented other policies which are good for farmers, such as: support to transfer from other crops to cane, thereby, if the cane material areas of farmers are near the factory, they will be funded without returning from VND 7 million to VND 12 million per hectare.
