Thanh Thanh Cong port warehouse area is planned on a total area of 36 hectares. It is expected that in 2025, TTC IZ will put into operation the first phase with 25,384 m² of warehouse area, specializing in serving diverse storage needs under the management and operation of Dang Huynh Industrial Park Exploitation and Management Joint Stock Company (TTC Dang Huynh). In particular, the project aims to plan 10 - 15 hectares to develop a model combining inland waterway port and dry port exploitation (ICD - Inland Container Depot) in the future.
The warehouse system is designed and built according to high technical standards, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and safety. With a height of up to 12.7 m, a floor height of 0.3 m and a floor load of 6 tons/m², the storage space is optimized, especially suitable for goods that need to be stacked high. The 4m x 5m import and export door system is scientifically arranged, along with spacious internal roads from 6 - 12m, ensuring convenient traffic for large vehicles.
Thanh Thanh Cong port warehouse area is also equipped with an advanced automatic fire prevention and fighting system, strictly complying with current regulations, along with a 24/7 security monitoring system. Stable 3-phase industrial power source, 110kV/22kV internal station, designed capacity 2x63 MVA, clean water supply system (capacity 20,000 m³/day-night) and drainage and wastewater treatment system (capacity 12,000 m³/day-night) meeting standards, ensuring continuous and sustainable operating conditions. A modern telecommunications system is fully equipped, ensuring smooth connection for business operations.
The internal roads of the port warehouse area are spacious from 6 - 12 m, ensuring convenient traffic for large vehicles.
Strategic connection location
By road, the port warehouse area is only about 3.6 km from National Highway 22 (Trans-Asia route), easily accessible to Ho Chi Minh City (54 km), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (44 km) and Moc Bai border gate (22 km) - an important gateway for trade with Cambodia and countries in the ASEAN region.
By water, located on the left bank of the Vam Co Dong River with a wharf of 600 m long and 15 m wide, the port is capable of receiving ships of up to 1,000 DWT, barges of up to 2,000 tons and self-propelled barges carrying containers with a capacity of 84 TEU. From here, goods can be transported, directly connected to major seaports in the region such as Long An International Port (133 km), Hiep Phuoc SPCT Port (145 km) and Cat Lai Port (171 km), forming a seamless and cost-optimized logistics chain.
