On September 28, TTC Group and the NIG–Bsquare Consortium signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, aiming to implement tourism, real estate, and industrial park projects in Vietnam.
One-Stop solutions for key projects
Under the agreement, the NIG–Bsquare Consortium will provide integrated solutions under the One-Stop model and is expected to participate in several TTC projects as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, as well as in interior finishing works for subdivisions within the Selavia project.
The parties will also explore expanding cooperation to suitable projects in the tourism and real estate sectors. During implementation, they aim to apply advanced technologies, innovative materials, and environmentally friendly solutions.

In addition, the parties will leverage their respective strengths to promote investment promotion activities and strengthen international connectivity. On that basis, the enterprises will jointly study opportunities and connect with potential investors, opening up further opportunities in suitable sectors, with a view to effectively utilizing resources and increasing value during implementation.
The agreement also expands cooperation in the fields of industrial parks, warehouses, and ports with smart operation models in Vietnam. At the same time, the parties will study the possibility of connecting suitable investment resources, expanding the partner network, promoting technology application, and creating further room for sustainable development for the TTC ecosystem in the long term.
Shared vision toward long-term value
According to Mr. Bruce Zhang, Chief Representative of NIG Group in Vietnam, the comprehensive One-Stop integrated solution is not a fragmented supply of equipment, materials, or labor, but an end-to-end service package. Its scope includes planning consultancy, technical standards, supply chain assurance, project implementation, investment connection, hotel operation, and bringing international visitors to the project.
“When China’s industrial resource advantages and Bsquare’s local implementation capabilities are deeply integrated with TTC’s project resources and operational capacity in Vietnam, the parties can complement one another’s strengths,” said Mr. Bruce Zhang.

From Bsquare’s side, Mr. Ha Xuan Bach, Chairman of Bsquare, said that what matters after the signing ceremony is for the parties to quickly put the agreed contents into practical implementation.
According to him, NIG brings international resources and connections, Bsquare has advantages in market understanding and implementation capabilities in Vietnam, while TTC possesses a project foundation, operational capacity, and a strong market brand.
Mr. Ha Xuan Bach, Chairman of Bsquare, expressed confidence in the success of the cooperation, which will be demonstrated through concrete results during the implementation process.
Meanwhile, Mr. Dang Van Thanh, Chairman of TTC Group, described the cooperation agreement as strategic in nature, reflecting a shared development orientation among the parties.
He expressed his expectation that this would serve as a foundation for the parties to jointly explore cooperation opportunities and development potential in the coming time, on the basis of harmonized interests, green development, and positive contributions to the economy and society. The parties also aim to contribute to Vietnam’s goal of achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Connecting resources, expanding cooperation
With 50 years of operation, TTC is a multi-sector investment group operating in six key sectors, including agriculture (HOSE: SBT), energy (HOSE: GEG, GHC), real estate (HOSE: SCR), industrial real estate, hospitality (HOSE: VNG), and education. In addition, TTC is also engaged in various other sectors such as commerce, logistics, construction, steel structures, healthcare, and more.
TTC Group and the NIG–Bsquare Consortium will promote investment promotion activities and strengthen international connectivity.
During the 2026–2030 period, TTC will focus on strengthening its internal capacity, improving operational efficiency, accelerating technology application and digital transformation, and expanding international cooperation. The Group also said it would continue to promote its green strategy and ESG standards, aiming to enhance access to domestic and international capital sources.

Following the signing ceremony, the parties will gradually concretize the cooperation contents through each program, project, and implementation phase.
