On April 17, 2025, Thanh Thanh Cong Tourism Joint Stock Company (TTC Hospitality, HOSE: VNG) held its annual general meeting for the 2024 fiscal year, reaffirming its strategy for comprehensive expansion and upgrades to meet the strong recovery of the tourism industry.

On April 17, 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders approved key topics regarding the business plan, organizational restructuring, and development direction for the 2025-2030 period.
In particular, the Board of Directors also reported to shareholders the policy of increasing the charter capital in 2025 to meet development needs, enhance financial capacity, and create conditions for sustainable growth. An official capital increase plan will then be presented to shareholders in accordance with legal regulations and the company's charter.
In 2024, benefiting from the strong recovery of the tourism market, TTC Hospitality recorded net revenue of 709 billion VND, with pre-tax profit reaching 38.8 billion VND, achieving 169% of the annual plan and 169% compared to the same period last year. As of December 31, 2024, total assets increased by 16% compared to the beginning of the year, equivalent to an increase of 634 billion VND, raising the company's total assets to 4.544 trillion VND.
In 2024, the company also launched and invested in several key projects such as the folk games area at TTC Mekong Aqua Park, the expansion and upgrade of the water park at TTC Resort - Ninh Thuận, and the upgrade of facilities at 4-5 star hotels as part of its strategy to expand the tourism ecosystem. The company completed the Wind Bell Tower at TTC World - Tà Cú, a project that was recognized as the largest Wind Bell Tower in Vietnam by the Vietnam Record Organization (Vietkings). At the same time, green products and those connected to local culture were particularly emphasized, helping to align with market trends and tourists' preferences.
According to a representative of TTC Hospitality, many international travel agencies have visited and experienced services at TTC Hospitality’s strategic destinations, opening up opportunities for collaboration and expanding distribution channels to untapped potential markets.
Notably, in 2024, TTC Hospitality signed strategic partnerships with both domestic and international partners, such as Ramid Hotels & Resorts Group (South Korea), Gas Petrolimex, PJICO, and others, in order to leverage the ecosystem and strengths of both parties, providing benefits for internal personnel and developing multi-purpose leisure tourism products for customers.

In addition to the folk games area launched in 2024, TTC Mekong Aqua Park has also diversified its services with the goal of becoming the leading tourist destination in Ben Tre.
In addition to the positive signals from potential markets, the percentage of customers from existing markets who continue to return and use TTC Hospitality's services has increased by more than 10% compared to 2023, affirming the company's efforts to maintain service quality and brand reputation.
