As one of TTC Land’s (HOSE: SCR) key projects, contributing a stable and significant revenue stream from leasing activities in the near future, the TTC Plaza Da Nang project—constructed by general contractor Coteccons—is being accelerated to ensure the commercial podium is ready for handover to AeonMall Vietnam in April 2025.

On September 26, 2024, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land, HOSE: SCR) and AeonMall Vietnam Co., Ltd. (AeonMall Vietnam) signed a lease agreement for the commercial podium of the TTC Plaza Da Nang project. Under the agreement, AeonMall Vietnam will lease the entire commercial podium, complete, and operate a shopping mall under the Aeon Mall brand across four floors of the commercial podium at TTC Plaza Da Nang—a mixed-use high-rise complex located on Dien Bien Phu Street, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang City.
As a subsidiary of Japan’s leading retail group, Aeon, AeonMall Vietnam has officially expanded its first shopping mall in Da Nang through this strategic partnership with TTC Land. This event not only brings a world-class shopping and entertainment experience but also elevates the city's retail market, serving as a driving force for regional economic growth.
TTC Plaza Da Nang is planned as a modern mixed-use high-rise complex with 18 floors and two basement levels. It consists of a hotel-serviced apartment tower and a 14-story office tower, both sharing a four-story commercial podium. The project is expected to become an integrated hub for "Living – Working – Entertainment," catering to the diverse needs of residents.
Located in the heart of Da Nang, the project boasts a strategic location with convenient connectivity to tourist attractions, the international airport, and public amenities. On February 27, 2025, the developer of TTC Plaza Da Nang successfully increased its capital by VND 589 billion, raising the total project investment to VND 2,200 billion. This capital will be allocated for construction, infrastructure completion, commercial space optimization, and service quality enhancement.
As the general contractor for TTC Plaza Da Nang, Coteccons has reinforced its reputation as one of Vietnam’s most trusted contractors by maintaining rapid progress and ensuring the highest construction quality. TTC Plaza Da Nang consists of 18 floors and has currently been constructed up to the 12th floor.
As of the end of March 2025, the project has completed concrete pouring up to the 12th floor of the hotel tower and the 11th floor of the office tower. At the same time, aluminum and glass installation, along with GFRC paneling for the podium exterior, is underway to ensure the commercial podium is handed over to Aeon Mall by April 2025. Once fully operational, TTC Plaza Da Nang will become one of the city's most modern hubs for commerce, entertainment, accommodation, and business, contributing to Da Nang’s strong growth on Vietnam’s real estate map.
