On August 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Innovation and Startup Center Building (SIHUB) was officially inaugurated. Notably, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Management Services Company Limited (TTC Land M) - a subsidiary of TTC Land (stock code SCR) was selected as the management and operation unit. This is considered an important step forward, expanding the real estate service sector of the enterprise.

The building has a floor area of over 20,000 m², expected to become a connection point for the startup community, a gathering place for businesses, startups, investors and experts, and a new symbol of Ho Chi Minh City in the field of innovation and creativity.

This portfolio includes many projects developed by TTC Land such as Charmington La Pointe, Belleza, Jamona City, Jamona Golden Silk, Panomax River Villa, Carillon 3, Carillon 5, Carillon 7... and some other projects outside the system such as Moscow Tower, Melody Residences, Hung Ngan Garden, Sunview Town.... The continuous trust in managing new projects shows the increasingly affirmed capacity of TTC Land M in the real estate service market.
