On May 10, at the construction site of the TTC Plaza Đà Nẵng mixed-use high-rise project (No. 46 Điện Biên Phủ Street, Chính Gián Ward, Thanh Khê District, Đà Nẵng City), a topping-out ceremony was held along with the handover of the commercial podium to AeonMall Vietnam.
Mr. Võ Thanh Lâm – General Director of TTC Land, and Mr. Nakagawa Tetsuyuki – General Director of AeonMall Vietnam, along with representatives from both parties, officially exchanged the handover memorandum for the commercial podium of the TTC Plaza Đà Nẵng project.
The event marks a milestone in the project's development journey, reaffirming the commitment and credibility among strategic partners: the investor (Nguyen Kim Da Nang Trading Joint Stock Company), the project developer (TTC Land; ticker: SCR), the general contractor Coteccons, and the commercial podium tenant — AeonMall Vietnam.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Đặng Hồng Anh – Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of TTC Group, and Founding Chairman of TTC Land; Mr. Nguyễn Thành Chương – Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC Land; Mr. Nakagawa Tetsuyuki – General Director of AeonMall Vietnam; Mr. Võ Hoàng Lâm – General Director of Coteccons Business Unit 01; as well as strategic partners such as Apave Asia-Pacific (project supervision consultant), TUI Hotels & Resorts (under TUI Group – the project’s hotel operator), and investors interested in the project.
On-schedule handover: A firm step forward
TTC Plaza Đà Nẵng is a mixed-use high-rise complex comprising a shopping center, office space, serviced apartments, and a luxury hotel, located in a prime area at the heart of the city. With a total construction floor area of over 122,000 m², TTC Plaza Đà Nẵng is being developed to high-end standards and positioned as one of the new symbols of modern, dynamic living in Da Nang.
The successful topping-out of the project and the timely completion of the commercial podium for handover to AeonMall Vietnam serve as clear proof of the project’s strong organizational and operational capacity, and the high level of commitment from all involved parties.
The timely topping-out and handover of the commercial podium is not only the result of close coordination among partners but also a crucial foundation for the early operation of a modern, well-equipped shopping center.
