On May 11th, in Dien Bien province, within the framework of the Dien Bien Province Investment Promotion Conference 2026 with the theme "Dien Bien - A Strategic Destination for Investment," a ceremony was held to sign Memorandums of Understanding on investment cooperation between the People's Committee of Dien Bien province and 22 agencies, units, and businesses, including the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association.
