In the raw sugarcane area of BHS-NH, mainly located in the west wing of Ninh Hoa town, most of the sugarcane production area has not been actively watered, the annual drought is quite severe, the source of nutrients for the plants. sugarcane has not been a worthy investment.

To solve the problem of improving sugarcane yield and quality, BHS-NH has implemented many investment solutions - synchronous support from new planting to caring and harvesting. Along with promoting support and strongly promoting mechanization in the land improvement process such as deep plows, digging holes to maximize the meager amount of rainwater; applying the machine to growing sugarcane, putting the machine into harvesting..., recently, BHS-NH has applied the test and obtained very positive results for the spray form of biological products for sugarcane by Drone and high chassis sprayer.
As for the spraying of biological products, due to the farming method of farmers on the raw material area, they mainly grow narrow rows. Not to mention the time to spray probiotics when sugarcane is already high, creating slugs, making hand spraying and human care difficult and less productive and effective. BHS-NH has researched and researched suitable, effective, and affordable solutions to take better care of sugarcane, including spraying methods with high chassis, and the most modern spraying method today is equal to Drone.

"The advantage of the Drone injection device is that it is 100% automatically programmed with centrifugal nozzle technology to help cut the solution particles into 95-550 µm, which is superior to the pressure nozzle. The drone also works based on GNSS RTK map positioning accurate to each centimeter... Besides the obvious benefits such as safety, efficiency, saving preparations..., the method of spraying by Drone also has the advantage of having can work day and night, the machine can spray bio-products for sugarcane regardless of the growing period or flat terrain, steep hills" - BHS-NH leader emphasized.
As for the high chassis sprayer, the cockpit is designed above the front wheel, giving the driver a wide view, easy to control, with a height of up to 2m that is not harmful to the sugarcane, the length of the need to spray 22m long and can be adjusted to the height of the sprayer to suit each stage of sugarcane growth; Anti-smudge rubber tracks with a capacity of up to 2,500 liters to help spray widely and quickly and with a spray volume of 1,000 liters per hectare, misting water particles help sugarcane absorb strongly and penetrate quickly.
In addition, Drone or high chassis sprayer also helps to solve the current problem of lack of labor to take care of sugarcane. Each Drone is capable of spraying biological products with a capacity of up to 10ha/day, while the sprayer is 15ha/day high. Additionally, centrifugal spray technology helps to cut the solution particles into small pieces to help plants absorb maximum biological products, increasing the efficiency of use, thereby reducing costs for farmers. This method also minimizes the negative impact on the environment because centrifugal spray technology helps plants to absorb the inoculants well, less falling around.
Talking more about probiotics, the representative of BHS-NH said that the current biological products applied to plants are basically divided into 3 groups, including Preparations to prevent pests and diseases of plants; organic fertilizer preparations, growth stimulants, and preparations for soil improvement. Biological products are mainly of organic origin, which is not harmful to the environment. In the past 2 years, the company has made a non-refundable investment in probiotics to help sugarcane growers add nutrients to the soil with sludge and microbial fertilizers to help improve soil, increase soil organicity, and help sugarcane plants grow or recover quickly after droughts. Currently, BHS-NH is spraying biological products with an experimental Drone for about 450ha and will continue to expand this type of spraying in the following years.
