Milestones in Education, Research, and Student Support

During the 2025–2026 academic year, the school’s leadership, staff, faculty, and employees worked tirelessly to achieve significant success across all areas of operation. Notably, student enrollment reached 114% of the set target. This growth in both the quality and quantity of enrollment has played a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of education at the school.

The school prioritizes student development by equipping learners with 12 essential soft skills, with a particular focus on the "4Cs" framework advocated by the World Economic Forum (WEF): Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, and Critical Thinking & Problem Solving. Scholarships and support policies were provided to 214 students, totaling over 2 billion VND in value. These student support initiatives contributed to a 1% reduction in the student dropout rate compared to the previous academic year.

The school has standardized its educational programs and continued to implement the "Enterprise Semester" model linking academic training with practical experience across all majors. English language training is aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and complemented by "Overseas Semesters" in countries such as Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and Thailand. Notably, students undertaking internships in Singapore and Japan earned salaries of up to 200 million VND. These robust educational innovations have yielded encouraging results: 96.5% of students secured employment, with 86.6% working in their field of study. The school is committed to facilitating job placements for 100% of its graduates. The university has ensured quality, completed external assessments, and achieved accreditation for educational institution quality (Cycle 2: 2025–2030) in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), while simultaneously boosting scientific research. Consequently, scientific research targets exceeded planned goals, increasing the ratio of scientific publications per lecturer to meet Ministry regulations; numerous research projects and useful solutions were registered, and international publications rose significantly. Notably, YersinUni transferred 2.1 million MD2 pineapple seedlings to partners and farmers.

Regarding external relations, the university signed agreements with 350 domestic and international partners to facilitate student internships, as well as student and faculty exchanges. It also conducted 20 community-oriented connection activities. Efforts to develop and enhance the quality of staff and faculty were intensified, particularly through the implementation of a policy allowing lecturers to secure loans for pursuing doctoral studies. Employee income continued to rise. The university invested in modern facilities and teaching equipment, completing and commissioning Buildings A&B to better support the goal of improving training quality. The University Party Committee also prioritized political and ideological education for Party members and was commended for "Excellent Performance of Duties" in 2025. During the 2025–2026 academic year, the collective body of staff, faculty, and students achieved numerous proud milestones, including receiving the Third-Class Labor Order; winning the national Second Prize in the "New Generation Student" competition (2025); and securing the First Prize in the Euréka competition in the field of Food Technology. Bronze medal at the 2025 National Student Basketball Tournament; one Second Prize and three Consolation Prizes at the 2025 TechFest competition.
