On 7/12/2023, the joint stock company Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa (TTC AgriS, HOSE: SBT) launches the TTC AgriS project "10 million trees - Creating a green future" towards carbon neutrality by 2035, more than 10,000 new trees were planted on the day of the launch.

TTC’s AgriS project “10 Million Trees - Creating a Green Future” is an important annual campaign under the “AgriS Commitment” to achieve net-zero emissions by 2035 through numerous multinational environmental initiatives such as: The 10 million trees project, using 100% biomass materials from 2025, combines greenhouse gas reductions of 5% per year from sugar, fertilizer and agricultural production,... In particular, the project to plant 10 million trees is officially launched from December 7, 2023 to 2030.
Between 800K and ~2 million trees are planted each year, which is equivalent to absorbing more than 110,000 tonnes of CO2 by 2035 and accumulating in the future. 9 types of trees are selected to ensure that they are adapted to each area, that they bring economic value to the locality and that they are subject to rigorous monitoring of their growth in order to optimize the absorption of CO2.
