The of Tourism also plays a role in linking distinctive tourist products, creating interconnected tours between districts and counties.
Currently, the Department of Tourism is researching and submitting to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee for the issuance of a set of criteria for evaluating the quality of culinary services.
Typical tourism products in various localities have been attractive and received considerable attention. Consequently, the district should perfect the selected product, invest and improve the quality, and then continue to choose to develop other products.
It is anticipated that this year, the Department of Tourism will introduce a handbook of typical products of Ho Chi Minh City.
Previously, in order to "stimulate demand" for Ho Chi Minh City's tourism industry in the final months of the year, on October 31, the Ministry of Tourism also announced information about the 3rd Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Week in 2023 with the theme “Green Every Journey”.
This is an activity aimed at boosting the domestic and international tourism demand of Ho Chi Minh City's tourism industry at the end of 2023 and creating momentum for tourism development at the beginning of the new year 2024.
