On the morning of July 25, 2023, the announcement ceremony of the "Miss Vietnam Tourism Ambassador 2023" contest in Binh Thuan was officially held at the TTC Palace Binh Thuan.
Miss Vietnam Tourism Global Ly Kim Thao will be the face accompanying the competition
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tuan - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Communication Service Center - Southern Region, spoke at the press conference.
This is an important event in response to the National Year of Tourism "Binh Thuan Green Convergence" organized by Hoa Anh Duong Entertainment Company, in collaboration with the Binh Thuan Provincial Union, with the sponsorship of the Vietnam News Agency.

The mission of this competition is to promote tourism, heritage culture, the country and the Vietnamese people in order to develop the tourism economy of the whole country in general and Binh Thuan province in particular. Miss Vietnam Tourism Ambassador will present and promote tangible and intangible cultural values, resources and tourism products the only countries in the country, demanding that the winner be one of the Vietnamese girls with physical beauty, virtue, at the cultural level to promote economic development and boost tourism demand for Vietnam in general and Binh Thuan province in particular.

The new Miss Vietnam tourism ambassador will spend 2 years in office to lead a series of tourism culture promotion in her home province, bringing the image of Vietnam's cultural identity, landscapes and wonders to her friends on five continents
The competition will go through 3 phases and will be pre-qualified in 6 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Thuan, Da Nang, Thai Nguyen and Tien Giang from 07/2023 to 30/09/2023); Semi-finals (1 November 2023 – 10 November 2023); Final round (01/12/2023 – 15/12/2023).

The contest is called "Journey of a Million Trees", with the aim of promoting Vietnamese tourism culture through the journey of tree planting, as well as charitable actions. Promote the image of tourism on Phu Quy Island. In particular, participants will participate in the competition to make clips presenting the image, homeland and culture of the place where they live or work. The organizers will choose the contestant with the best and most meaningful clip.
It is the largest annual event of Vietnam's tourism industry, helping to attract a large number of domestic and foreign tourists and investors. That's why the organizers of the contest pay a lot of attention to the criteria for selecting faces as ambassadors.
