TTC Hospitality 2025 Annual General Meeting: Maintaining Growth Momentum, Restructuring for a New Development Phase

On April 28, 2026, Thanh Thanh Cong Tourism Joint Stock Company (TTC Hospitality, HOSE: VNG) held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2025 fiscal year, approving important matters related to business results, development strategy, and restructuring of the management system in the new phase.

The congress approved important contents for the 2026 development plan.

In 2025, TTC Hospitality continued to record stable growth with net revenue reaching VND 759 billion and pre-tax profit reaching VND 40 billion, representing increases of 7% and 3.6% respectively compared to 2024. In the context of a strong but still volatile tourism market recovery, these results reflect the company's cautious development orientation, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability.

Notably, over the past year, TTC Hospitality has intensified investment and system upgrades, especially in 4-5 star hotels, to improve products, enhance customer experience, expand the market, and anticipate new tourism trends.

In the high-end accommodation segment, hotels continue to develop unique products linked to local identity. TTC Imperial Hotel offers the "Hue Royal Palace Experience" program, inspired by the distinctive royal palace architecture; TTC Hotel - Can Tho recreates the beauty of the Western region and the Mekong Delta right within a 5-star hotel...

In the mid-range segment, TTC Resort - Ninh Thuan makes its mark with a Cham Pa style throughout, from architecture to service experience. These directions contribute to spreading local cultural values to domestic and international tourists.

Entering 2026, TTC Hospitality plans for net revenue of VND 670 billion and pre-tax profit of VND 30 billion, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency, absorbing the capacity of new projects, and controlling costs in the initial operating phase. The company expects investments made in 2024-2025 to begin yielding clear results in the following years.

Simultaneously, TTC Hospitality continues to refine its product ecosystem. In early 2026, the company will launch TTC Van Phong Aqua Park – the first water park in the North Van Phong area (Khanh Hoa). The water park, combined with TTC Van Phong Bay Resort and amenities such as a flamboyant forest, camping area, and zoo, will create a large-scale resort and entertainment complex. Continuing its expansion strategy, TTC Hospitality plans to launch TTC Lotus Hotel (Phu Quoc) and TTC Trang Bang Aqua Park (Tay Ninh) this year.

At existing amusement park destinations, businesses continue to invest in upgrading many unique experiences. TTC World - Valley of Love (Da Lat) is developing attractions such as flower hot air balloons, colorful slides, ziplines, etc., with the goal of providing visitors with a complete Da Lat experience in one destination; TTC World - Ta Cu is developing meditation spaces and stone structures carved with scriptures, targeting the needs of spiritual, nature, and healing tourism.

2026 is identified as a pivotal year in the 5-year strategy for the period 2026-2030. The company will focus on restructuring its core operations while simultaneously boosting investment in project development, products, and services to increase value across the entire chain.

In this context, Ms. Phan Thi Hong Van, with over 12 years of experience with TTC Hospitality, has been entrusted by the Board of Directors with the role of General Director, directly overseeing business operations. Simultaneously, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, responsible for strategic direction and long-term development. This restructuring demonstrates unity in the company's development roadmap, strengthens governance effectiveness, enhances operational transparency, and creates a solid foundation for sustainable growth, aiming for long-term shareholder value.

The Board of Directors and the Executive Board were introduced at the general meeting.

Simultaneously, the Board of Directors also submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration and approval a plan to increase charter capital through the issuance of shares, with a total expected issuance value of approximately VND 500 billion. The capital raised will be used to expand business operations, invest in key projects, and restructure finances, creating a foundation for the next growth phase.

With a well-planned investment strategy, rational restructuring, and a clear long-term development strategy, TTC Hospitality continues to affirm its goal of sustainable growth, enhancing enterprise value, and bringing long-term benefits to shareholders.
