TTC Hospitality 2025: Strengthening internal capabilities - expanding sustainable value.

2025 marks a crucial turning point for Vietnam's tourism industry, as the market gradually moves away from a recovery trajectory into a selective growth cycle, where quality, depth of experience, and sustainability become key criteria.

Against this backdrop, Thanh Thanh Cong Tourism Joint Stock Company (TTC Hospitality, HOSE: VNG) has chosen a cautious but consistent path: not pursuing rapid expansion, but focusing on strengthening its internal capabilities, improving service standards, and steadfastly pursuing a long-term development strategy.

Creating new products and standardizing services.
The focus of this journey lies in perfecting and upgrading key hotel and resort systems. Throughout 2025, TTC Hospitality will dedicate resources to upgrading facilities, standardizing operational processes, and refreshing experiences at 4-5 star destinations such as TTC Imperial Hotel, TTC Hotel - Michelia, TTC Hotel - Can Tho, TTC Hotel - Ngoc Lan, TTC Hotel - Phan Thiet, TTC Resort - Ninh Thuan, etc. Each upgraded property will meet higher service standards while aiming to create unique experiences, harmonizing modern amenities with local identity.

Each destination within the TTC Hospitality ecosystem is developed with its own unique cultural identity, creating a distinct impression on the traveler's experience.

Alongside improving the quality of services in its accommodation system, 2025 also marks significant milestones in TTC Hospitality's tourism product portfolio. The launch of the record-breaking "Largest Wind Chime Tower in Vietnam" at TTC World - Ta Cu, the unique Dragon and Peacock Museum at TTC World - Valley of Love, and the upcoming water park and entertainment paradise project in Van Phong Bay have expanded the experiential space and increased the attractiveness of the TTC tourism ecosystem.

These projects are not simply additions to new attractions; they are developed as distinctive cultural symbols where art, beliefs, and tourism experiences intertwine. Through this, TTC Hospitality aims to provide visitors with a deeper understanding of the identity, emotional depth, and spiritual values of each destination, rather than focusing solely on record-breaking achievements or visual differences.

TTC World - Ta Cu is an eco-tourism, spiritual, and healing destination, blending seamlessly with the natural beauty of the mountains and forests, along with many activities preserving unique local cultural values, attracting tourists from both within and outside the country.

Spreading humanitarian values and sustainable development together with the community.

In addition to its business activities, TTC's tourism sector continues to dedicate significant resources to community programs. In 2025, TTC Hospitality implemented more than 10 charitable activities in localities where its hotels, amusement parks, and convention centers operate, targeting vulnerable groups and those in need of support.

"Kitchen of Love" is one of the programs that TTC Hospitality will be supporting the community in 2025.

This spirit of social responsibility was also clearly demonstrated in emergency support activities for flood victims in Hue and Khanh Hoa at the end of 2025. With the swift coordination between units within the system, TTC Tourism promptly joined hands with the community to overcome the consequences of the natural disaster, donating 1,000 meals to flood-affected households, contributing to spreading the image of a business that always acts for the common difficulties of society.

TTC Tourism has joined hands with the community, providing 1,000 meals to people affected by natural disasters in the Central region.

Notably, in celebration of "Pho Day" on December 12th, TTC's tourism program, themed "Pho in Childhood Memories," is being held for the second time across its entire system. Beyond honoring the cultural value of Vietnamese cuisine, this activity also carries profound humanitarian significance by connecting culinary activities with a spirit of sharing with the community.

The program conveys the message that pho is not only a symbol of Vietnamese culinary culture, but also a way to express care and love to children in the localities where the system operates.

Furthermore, developing tourism in conjunction with environmental protection continues to be a crucial pillar in TTC Hospitality's strategy. Through regularly held monthly Green Day activities across all units within the system and tree planting and greening programs at destinations, TTC Hospitality is gradually realizing its commitment to being "greener every day".

TTC World - Valley of Love and TTC World - Ta Cu have planted more than 50,000 trees in 2025, contributing to greening the landscape.

It is the persistent efforts in improving service quality and sustainable development that have helped TTC Hospitality continue to receive numerous awards in 2025. This is proof of the company's unwavering pursuit of operational standards, customer experience, and social responsibility.

Looking back at 2025, TTC Hospitality will not only make its mark with numbers or projects, but with a journey of in-depth development, placing human experience, cultural depth, and social responsibility at its core. This is the foundation for the company to move into the next phase of development, where growth goes hand in hand with sustainability, and each destination is a place to stop, evoke emotions, and connect with positive values.
