The city is also focusing on completing the planning adjustment, especially in the process of implementing the Ho Chi Minh City General Plan (which is expected to be submitted in September this year), the Thu Duc City Master Plan will be submitted by the end of this year.
According to the vice president of Ho Chi Minh City, the implementation process, for the group, will focus on removing obstacles for real estate projects that are legally overdue, projects that have not yet paid the land use money, projects where investors are slow to implement the procedures for issuing land use rights certificates, The ownership of houses and property is associated with the interests of the people.
At the meeting on 20 February, 6 companies present at the meeting reported on the legal status of the project, difficulties, inadequacies and damages. 7 projects were reviewed for processing in February by 6 enterprises in the city, all belonging to the group of residential real estate and complexes located in districts 1, 4, 7, Tan Phu and Thu Duc City. Out of these 7 projects in difficulty, 6 projects are under the jurisdiction of the city, the rest must request the opinion central advice.
From next week, each company will receive a first notification of conclusion. There will be situations where the project will have problems with the departments and the vice chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to consider, but there will also be some legal situations of the project that will have to be submitted to the city management to find solutions.
It is known that in the list of the 7 difficult table projects have all been announced in the real estate market, some have transactions of receiving reservations and deposits.
