Obstacles have been resolved for the Dong Hung Thuan Ward Residential Area project, the commercial, service, and housing complex at 16/9 Bui Van Ba, and the residential area north of Ba Buom Canal, resulting in the issuance of ownership certificates for 1,146 apartments and 50 housing plots.
