On September 15, Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company – TTC Land (HOSE: SCR) officially held the inauguration ceremony for TTC Plaza Da Nang and the grand opening of the TUI SUNEO Da Nang hotel, marking a new milestone in the development of this mixed-use complex in the city center and signaling the debut of the TUI SUNEO hotel brand in Vietnam.
TTC Plaza Da Nang – A Multi-functional Complex
Construction of TTC Plaza Da Nang began on January 10, 2024. Developed on a site of nearly 15,000 m², the project features a total floor area exceeding 122,000 m², comprising 18 above-ground floors and two basement levels. It allocates over 22,000 m² to office space, alongside areas for retail, accommodation, and services.
The project is situated on Dien Bien Phu Street a key artery connecting the Northwest region to Da Nang’s city center offering convenient access to Da Nang International Airport as well as established commercial, service, and residential areas.

Speaking at the event, Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc Permanent Vice Chairwoman and CEO of TTC Group, representing the project developer affirmed that a project's value lies not merely in its scale or architectural appearance, but more importantly in the tangible contributions it brings to the locality, residents, visitors, and the business community. "Through TTC Plaza Da Nang and upcoming investment activities, TTC Group aims to help boost trade, tourism, and services; create jobs; contribute to the state budget; enhance the destination's appeal; and contribute to the city's modern urban landscape," Ms. Huynh Bich Ngoc emphasized.

Notably, TTC Plaza Da Nang was designed by Kume Design Asia, drawing inspiration from the Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son) an iconic symbol of Da Nang. According to Mr. Mori Takero, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang, the project not only serves as a new landmark for the city but also reflects the deepening economic, cultural, and friendly relations between Vietnam and Japan.
TTC Plaza Da Nang is the result of a collaboration between TTC Land and various domestic and international partners including TUI Hotels & Resorts, AEON MALL Vietnam, Coteccons, Kume, Apave, BIDV, and PMC alongside various consulting, construction, and operational firms.
TTC Plaza Da Nang is envisioned as an integrated complex that combines shopping, accommodation, workspace, and services within a single location. In particular, the serviced apartments at TTC Plaza Da Nang offer an appealing option for long-term guests, expatriate experts, business travelers, and families, providing private living spaces with convenient access to the commercial and service amenities located within the same complex.
Earlier, on July 3, 2026, the AEON MALL Da Nang Thanh Khe shopping center officially opened, marking the brand's debut in Da Nang. The launch of this shopping center adds a new destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment, while further diversifying the range of activities available at TTC Plaza Da Nang.

Coinciding with the inauguration of TTC Plaza Da Nang, TUI SUNEO Da Nang has officially commenced operations. It marks the first TUI SUNEO hotel in Vietnam and represents the next step in TUI Hotels & Resorts' expansion across the Asian market.
Located within TTC Plaza Da Nang, TUI SUNEO Da Nang features 148 contemporary-style rooms and suites. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, wellness and relaxation facilities, family-friendly features, and spaces for meetings and events. She added that the hotel aligns with the city's strategic goals of enhancing service quality, extending visitor stays, increasing tourism value, and diversifying destination offerings. Leveraging its prime location, scale, and collaborations with international brands and partners, TTC Plaza Da Nang is steadily evolving into a multi-functional destination that meets the needs for shopping, accommodation, work, and leisure experiences—all within a unified space.
