Vice Prime Minister recommended Ministry of Industry and Trade receives the opinions of ministries and industries to complete the proposal and also has a comparision with developed and developing countries to learn from their experiences to encourage the solar power.
Vice Prime Minister commanded the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the localities apply soon in the plan the developing areas of the green power to avoid the conflict with other plans.
Anticipation, after Ministry of Industry and Trade finishing, the determined proposal of Prime Minister regulates solar power development support mechanism will be reported in the meeting of Prime Minister before Prime Minister signs to apply officially.
However, according to Vice Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Hoang Quoc Vuong said the mechanisms, policies currently not yet established financial mechanisms to encourage, develop the solar power.
