Particular mechanisms, policies to develop Da Lat city is approved by Prime Minister according to Decree 1528/QD-TTg in September 3rd, 2015
According to decree 1528, People’s Committee of Lam Dong province qualified for property business investors (exclusion of ecology travel and holiday tourism projects) in the area of Da Lat city after finishing infrastructure construction investment approved to transfer the project for other people to build house, architecture constructions obey general plan approved by authorities. Besides, province has right to hire consultants, professors in and out of country develop some plans in particular function segments and call to invest in satelline cities with public transportation connection with Da Lat city in line with general plan of Dalat city and nearby areas up to 2030, the vision in 2050.
According to Decision No 1528, the favour to contractor taking part to invest in Da Lat city: People’s Committee of Lam Dong province can propose Prime Minister considering eliminate the land rent money with national tourist base construction investment project and the key tourist bases of Da Lat city, at the same time, exempt material import and equipment tarrif to develop greenhouse, vegetable growing net house, flower applied high-tech technology which domestic has not yet manufactured
Base on particular mechanisms, policies promulgated by Prime Minister, Lam Dong province announced investment project portfolio, in there, there are 14 property business investment projects are implementing allow to transfer, new 7 property projects, etc.
