According to statistic, only Ba Den tourist base of Tay Ninh province, every year it welcomes roughly 2.5 million tourists, but the return from tourism is modest. In order to bringing into play the potential, landscape advantage, monument, nature and geography condition to develop tourism, People’s Committee of Tay Ninh province promulgated category of investment travel project, 2016 – 2020 phase.
Accordingly, there are 8 projects concentrated to implement in order to attract investment resources, like developing Ba Den mountain tourist base, Ben Truong Doi ecological tourist park, Lo Xo – Sa Mat nation park tourist base, Tha la dam, Dau Tieng lake, etc. Province organized to research scene, determine potential, orientation development, research favor levels of investment particular with each projects. Depend on scale and exploition potential to have land lease money support, import and export tariff, enterprise return tariff.
Tay Ninh concentrates to transportation system for each division and group. Some resident places in line with 4 stars standard which are being built. With the investment target to develop tourism as a key economic industry, province thrive to 2020 and vision 2030 will attract total investment fund as USD 250 million for 12 key travel projects. In there, Ba Den mountain historical and culture area is approved by Prime Minister and recognized it is national tourist base, with total investment fund is about USD 210 million and comprised 4 development phases.
