Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, said that immediately after the Congress, the Central Standing Committee of the Association met to assign responsibilities for various fields, develop a key plan for 2026, and issue operating regulations for the new term.
The Association agreed to organize activities into three regions: North, Central, and South, with 3-4 Standing Committee members directly in charge to strengthen connections and support local areas. For localities with limited activities, the Central Association will coordinate in finding and appointing a dedicated chief of office, with salary costs covered by the Central Association, to strengthen the grassroots organization.
Regarding the 10,000 CEO Training Program, the Association will set specific targets and work alongside localities to implement it systematically, ensuring tangible value. In 2026, the Association aims to start construction on at least 10,000 social housing units, demonstrating the social responsibility of young entrepreneurs.
Within the framework of the Conference, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association awarded 17 Certificates of Merit and 22 Emulation Flags to collectives and units with outstanding achievements in the Association's work and the young entrepreneur movement in 2025.
Based on the agreed-upon orientations and key programs, many entrepreneurs expressed confidence and stated that, for these policies to be truly effective, promoting digital transformation and the commitment of the business community are crucial factors.
Accordingly, the Vice President of Alphanam Group, who is also the President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, believes that with collective strength, the Executive Board will strongly promote its role, support the Standing Committee, and become an extended arm, strongly promoting the Association's activities and strengthening connections between local associations.
"The Central Association plays a leading role in disseminating information and positioning the brand to help affiliated associations create more value in various regions and attract more high-quality members. I hope that this year's Executive Board, with many new and young members, will become more cohesive, closer, and supportive of each other in their work, thereby improving the effectiveness of activities at the local associations," Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My shared.
Identifying digital transformation as a crucial pillar for improving governance capacity, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association is implementing key support mechanisms to modernize the Association's system. In this context, building a shared digital platform is considered a top priority to standardize data, connect trade, and facilitate seamless reporting from the central to local levels.
Simultaneously, the Association leverages the ecosystem's strengths through the Digital Transformation Club to provide optimal technological solutions and a systematic consulting roadmap for its members. According to Ms. Mau, this work is strengthened by enhancing digital mindset training and integrating digital transformation criteria into the performance evaluation of the Association's offices nationwide.
Furthermore, local associations need to proactively innovate their thinking, shifting from manual to data-driven management and standardizing operational processes. Improving the capacity of staff and a willingness to pilot new models will be key to making digital transformation a driving force for the Association to become increasingly professional, efficient, and cohesive.
To foster the entrepreneurial spirit of young people as envisioned by the Party and the State, the core principle is to correctly define the role of entrepreneurs in the new development phase as a force for growth creation and a subject of innovation. This responsibility must be concretized first and foremost through operating businesses transparently and sustainably, creating economic value for society.
Simultaneously, young entrepreneurs need to be closely connected with their localities through social welfare programs and proactively address regional economic challenges with modern management thinking. In particular, the role of guiding the next generation through training and inspiring entrepreneurship is a crucial mission to spread the aspiration for legitimate wealth creation.
The Young Entrepreneurs Association is committed to implementing substantive action plans, from institutionalizing the spirit of responsibility into annual programs to creating a forum for substantive policy dialogue with the Government. Above all, the commitment and exemplary role of the Association's leadership will be the strongest driving force for the natural spread of the young entrepreneurial spirit, enabling them to fully contribute to the development of the country.
