As one of TTC Land’s (HOSE: SCR) key projects, contributing a stable and significant revenue stream from leasing activities in the near future, the TTC Plaza Da Nang project—constructed by general contractor Coteccons—is being accelerated to ensure the commercial podium is ready for handover to AeonMall Vietnam in April 2025.
