Guideline in life
My family is Buddhist, and I always keep in mind "virtue wins numbers", do good deeds, be responsible, live with a mind, all difficulties will pass. My parents, businessmen Dang Van Thanh and Huynh Bich Ngoc, instilled in me the value of love and kindness. I grew up with that fine family culture tradition. Perhaps that's why I always value morality and love in life and business.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, my business brothers and I in the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association were very fortunate to be able to live responsibly with the community and society, helping those in need due to the epidemic. Our hearts cannot ignore the pain of others, especially in the moment of life and death. I'm always thinking about what to do, what to do, what I can do to help them. It only takes a little effort to help one more person relieve suffering... Just like that, the more people I can help, the more people I want to help. The pandemic is a forgettable tragedy, but the moments of standing shoulder to shoulder with the businessmen fighting the epidemic are always etched in our hearts as motivation for us to do more good things.

Whether as an entrepreneur or as Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, I am always proud of the resilience of Vietnam's economy in the context of the world's general difficulties after the Covid-19 pandemic, geopolitical impact from the Russia-Ukraine war, inflation. Economic growth for the whole year is estimated at 8%, exports increased by about 12%, final consumption increased by over 10%, investment increased by about 9% ..., these are figures that make us have the right to believe in the resilience to reach the country's level.
In this general context, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association has had many positive activities on supporting business connectivity in digital transformation, encouraging members to prioritize using each other's products and services, making timely suggestions and recommendations to ministries, the relevant industry aims to remove difficulties for businesses in the difficult economic context for most businesses.

Although 2022 is a challenging year for Vietnamese businesses because of their efforts to rise up after the crisis of Covid-19, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association still implemented many big activities: Successfully organized the seventh National Congress of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs, term 2022 - 2025; Vietnam Gold Star Award Ceremony 2021, Red Star Award Ceremony - Typical Vietnamese Young Entrepreneurs for TOP 10-TOP 100 Young entrepreneurs; strengthen international cooperation activities, promote its role as a member of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Association, support activities for young people and young entrepreneurs to start a business; cultural sports activities; as well as charitable and social activities are always implemented periodically and regularly by the Young Entrepreneurs Association.

This is a service that promises to make a breakthrough in the near future.
Multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary development requires higher alignment, in line with the trend of movement, objective development, towards sustainable and inevitable development. It is the fruit of the fact that we are always responsible from the smallest things, connecting people of the same frequency and like-minded to realize common goals, bringing more values to the community and society.
Time efficient
Although I hold many positions and roles at the same time, the most important thing for me is to balance and harmonize the goals in life, avoid letting work make us forget other important factors such as family, physical health, mental ...I spend time playing sports that both improve my health and help me perfect my mindset to operate life and work.
Everyone has 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so how to make every moment pass without a moment being wasted. We cannot save or have more time, but we can always use it in the most productive and meaningful way. I've found that living responsibly, compassionately helps me use my time most effectively.
In the sense of responsibility that I was taught by my parents, to do the smallest things well – regardless of big or small things, building genuine relationships and family is always the strongest fulcrum.
Living responsibly involves work, problem-solving, decision-making, to giving. Grateful for the achievements in the past difficult year, I hope that 2023 will be the year when young Vietnamese entrepreneurs reap many achievements in life and business from the foundation of responsibility, mindful living, giving to receive.
