TTC IZ reviews first six months of 2026, accelerates implementation of key projects

On July 22, 2026, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Real Estate Corporation (TTC IZ) held a conference to review its activities during the first six months of the year and to implement its plan for the last six months of 2026. The conference was attended by representatives from the TTC Group, the Board of Directors, and employees of the Corporation and its member units.

The conference provided an opportunity for TTC IZ to review its performance in the first half of the year, assess the market context, and agree on key directions to achieve its development goals for 2026.

During the program, delegates heard reports on the first six months of operations, internal audit reports, thematic discussions, and plans for the last six months of the year. Notably, the conference highlighted the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), demonstrating the spirit of innovation and the gradual integration of technology into TTC IZ's management and operations.

Ms. Luu Dang My Quynh – Head of Internal Audit Department – presented the Report on the audit results for the first six months of 2026 and the orientation for the last six months of 2026 of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Le Hoang Phong – Deputy Head of the Warehouse and Logistics Business Department – presented the report.

Notably, both the Industrial Real Estate and Logistics sectors exceeded their targets for the first six months of the year, further affirming the effectiveness of TTC IZ's development strategy. Simultaneously, TTC IZ is accelerating the implementation of key projects, including industrial parks, industrial clusters, port and warehouse areas, commercial zones, and residential areas, laying the foundation for growth in the next phase.

One of the highlights of the Conference was the ceremony honoring long-serving leaders and employees, along with the awarding of prizes to outstanding teams and individuals in various emulation movements. This acknowledges the sustained contributions of the staff, while also spreading corporate culture and encouraging innovation and creativity.

In his directive speech at the Conference, Mr. Do Huy Hiep – Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors – emphasized the key tasks for the last six months of the year, including the need to focus resources on accelerating the progress of strategic projects, especially the social housing project in the TTC residential area, contributing to the realization of the development orientation of the industrial-urban ecosystem of TTC IZ.
