Responding to the investor's expectations, Mr. Nguyen Van Phu, Deputy Executive Director of Mai Lam Company, representing the construction contractor, committed to maximizing resources to ensure the progress, quality, and safety of the project, contributing to TTC Phu Quoc's creation of a new and attractive destination in the southern part of the island.

The solemn ceremonies of flower presentations, sand excavation, and groundbreaking marked the beginning of a new phase of development, promising smooth progress and a solid foundation for Selavia Aura 1-2. This also signifies the close collaboration between the investor, the construction company, and the distribution partners in creating sustainable values.

Today's milestone further solidifies Selavia – the City of Vietnamese Identity – through its systematic implementation, determined actions, and long-term vision, aiming for a destination with its own unique character in Southern Phu Quoc.

As a member of TTC Group, TTC Phu Quoc is one of the businesses pursuing a long-term development strategy, choosing Southern Phu Quoc as its investment focus. With a consistent vision, the company not only focuses on scale of development but also aims to create sustainable values, harmonizing economic growth, preserving the natural ecosystem, and making long-term contributions to the local community.

Within that strategy, Selavia is considered a key step for TTC Phu Quoc in the southern part of the island. Spanning nearly 290 hectares in Dam Bay, the project is positioned as a "City of Vietnamese Identity," aiming to create a resort ecosystem with a deep and immersive experience. Simultaneously, Selavia is developed according to ESG principles, balancing growth goals, natural resource conservation, and the creation of sustainable long-term value.
