Real estate developers are rushing in launching their high class projects to the market in this period of year-end. “The facts of being trustworthy developers, with good locations, reasonable pricing, appropriate payment methods, providing luxurious, high and medium class projects will help push the liquidity” said Madam Duong Thuy Dung – Head of Consultancy and Research at CBRE.
