The Government is implementing transparency in business activities in order to help the investment environment develop more healthily and more sustainable. Specially, real estate environment, buyers continuously choose houses instead of gold, stocks and open saving funds at banks.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hong Anh - Deputy General Director of Batdongsan.com.vn “ In the Quarter I in 2022, FDI interest towards the real estate environment increased 213%, the number of real estate new companies also increased 47% compared to the last year - 2021”. The Government must enact Business Real Estate Law, transparency in buying and selling real estate activities to protect consumers, prevent accumulated speculative state case, support business real estate companies, formed business environment more healthier and more sustainable. 

According to a survey by the Market Research Institute Dat Xanh Services in the Quarter I in 2022, the price of suburban areas is going to go up nearly the price of the center. The price of different projects are changed in every area. Projects located away from the central area about 10km increased 38%, those located away from the central area about 30km increased 35%. At Ha Noi, the demand is recorded  with 4.904 apartments, increased 36% quarterly, new projects mainly lie in The West (60%), The East (38%). The price of apartments and land houses increased about 5% compared to The last quarter.

Today, investors are finding more potential new environments such as suburbs instead of areas in the center. In The North, new environments like Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Hoa Binh are attractive to investors in the early months 2022.
